- Only the current owner can change records. Every write is verified against live on-chain ownership - not a login created once and trusted forever.
- Transfers wipe the slate. If a name changes hands, the previous owner’s DNS is disabled automatically. Nothing silently carries over to, or from, a stranger.
- Every subdomain is independent. Each avn.zone site is run by whoever owns that name, like separate websites. Abuse can be reported and the offending records disabled.
